If you have insurance, our office will file claims for you. Our providers are in-network for most major insurance companies, including Medicare, Nebraska Medicaid, BlueCross/BlueShield, and Midlands Choice. If you are unsure if we are a network provider for your insurance, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We recommend that you contact your insurance carrier for benefit information prior to scheduling an appointment so that you will know what services are covered under your policy and if you have a set co-pay or co-insurance amount for services. When calling to schedule an appointment, it will be helpful for you to have some information available:

1) Name and date of birth of person to be seen
2) Phone number and mailing address
3) Parent or guardian information if person is a minor child
4) Insurance information, including policy number

Having this information at the time of scheduling will help us to match you with the best provider for your needs as well as answer any questions you may have.
